Summary: this site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or embedded social networks. It only stores two technical items in your browser so the site works as you expect, which is why we show no cookie banner.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files that some websites store in your browser to remember information about your visit, such as your preferences or activity, for technical, analytics or advertising purposes. The law treats other ways of storing data in the browser, such as local storage, in the same way.
2. What this site stores in your browser
No cookies. We built the site to work without them:
- We don't use analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- We don't show ads or use tracking pixels.
- Our font is hosted on our own server, so your browser does not connect to Google Fonts.
- There are no embedded third-party maps, videos or social media.
The only things stored, and only in your browser, are these two technical items. They are not sent to INSTALTERMES or anyone else:
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
instalterm-solicitud | Local storage | Keeps a draft of the request form while you fill it in, so you don't lose what you wrote if you close the page. It holds the details you typed. | Deleted when you send the request, when you press “Start again” or, at the latest, after 24 hours. |
instalterm-wipe | Session storage | Tells the next page to show the transition when moving from the home page to the request form. It holds no personal data. | Deleted when the next page loads or when you close the tab. |
Both are technical and serve features you use yourself, so they do not require your prior consent (art. 22.2 LSSI-CE).
3. Cookie settings
As we use no cookies that need your consent, there is nothing to accept or reject. If you like, you can delete now whatever this site has stored in this browser:
Done. This site no longer has any data stored in this browser.
4. Links to third-party services
The WhatsApp buttons and the link to Google Maps are ordinary links: they only take you to that third party's service if you click them. From then on, their own cookie and privacy policies apply:
- WhatsApp: WhatsApp privacy policy.
- Google: how Google uses cookies.
5. How to manage cookies in your browser
Although this site doesn't use them, you can set your browser to block or delete cookies in general:
6. Changes to this policy
If we ever add cookies that are not strictly necessary, such as analytics cookies, we will update this policy and ask for your consent through a notice before setting them.
